*Just yesterday the Nolensville community was a sleepy small community located on US.31A just miles south of the Davidson County line. Today it is emerging as one of Williamson County's hot new development spots. Cates/Kottas Development company brought their community of Bent Creek on line last year with great success. As of January, 2006 81 homes have been sold and closed with an additional 34 as pending sales.
