*What if there were no Green Hills? Then surely Nashville would not exist either. The area, unlike the incorporated communities of Belle Meade, Forest Hills, and Oak Hill, exists without defined boundaries. The heart of this area is bounded by Lynwood Boulevard on the West, Harding Place on the South, Lone Oak Road to the East, and I -440 to the North. These boundaries are subject to personal interpretation.
* Housing includes Regency Park, Nashville's first condominium complex and Sugartree and Redbud, both some of the first cluster communities built in Nashville. Additionally, Golf Club Lane and Hampton Avenue include movie set homes and settings. Throughout other sections of Green Hills, 1950's ranches, 1930's tudors, and million dollar megahomes built on the site of teardowns exist side by side. So many choices are available, but those looking to purchase in area 2 should act quickly or your dream home will belong to someone else.
*Area shopping and restaurant choices abound. A trip to The Mall at Green Hills, Bradfords, Davis Kidd, Corzines (don't miss Suzy and all the other great staff) all insure that wonderful shopping high.
*Prices vary from the $250,000's to $2,000,000+
